Producer/Project Lead

We're seeking a versatile Producer/Project Lead to join our creative studio in beautiful Skellefteå, Sweden. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, finds excitement in the unknown, and can transform abstract concepts into tangible experiences.

What You'll Do

• Orchestrate the development of multimedia projects from concept to completion
• Collaborate with our team of creators, technologists, and storytellers
• Manage timelines, resources, and budgets for diverse projects
• Translate client curiosity into defined creative briefs and actionable plans
• Balance creative vision with practical execution
• Adapt quickly as projects evolve in unexpected directions
• Foster an environment where exploration and experimentation are prioritized

Requirements

• Experience in managing creative projects in multimedia, film, experiential design, or related fields
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Ability to adapt project management methodologies to fit creative contexts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with project management tools and software

Nice to Have

• Experience with experimental or boundary-pushing creative work
• Multilingual capabilities
• Medium to average cooking skills because well, we make a lot of food together
