The three things Back to Try New Things

Try New Things — Innovation

Innovation — a home for new ideas

Looking for something, but not sure exactly what it is? That’s the good starting point. We work with teams who have a hunch instead of a brief, and build the room where the hunch turns into something you can point at.

We call the process The Third Eye. It builds on design thinking but leaves the door open for playfulness and curiosity, so better ideas surface faster.

We widen the question first — not “what should we build” but “what are you actually looking for?” Then we open the room, and then we prototype, so the idea can be tested instead of described. A film, a game, an AI-bot, a working system — whatever keeps the project moving.

We’d love to help you out.

Tidsresan
Exploratoriet 2025

Tidsresan

An AI-driven adventure game for preschoolers. Children help Tidus and Berta, a talking suitcase that doubles as a time machine, collect what’s needed to travel through past, present and future. At the end of the game, a simple privacy-safe AI captures the children’s own thoughts about the future and stores them for the politicians to listen to.

Debaser 2026

One system instead of five tools

An event platform for Debaser’s three stages in Stockholm — every event, every room, every change tracked in one place, by the people who actually run the venue. Since 2026 the public debaser.se is served from that same data, out of the same deploy, with no CMS in between.

SBAB 2024

Unlocking business development

A series of workshops with SBAB’s business development team. We used play, humour, and a willingness to unlearn boring behaviour to open up new ways of thinking. The point wasn’t a deliverable. It was to give them a different room to think in.
